By creating an account or using NoReceptionist (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners and administrators who access the platform on behalf of an organization.
NoReceptionist provides an AI-powered receptionist service that handles customer communications across phone, SMS, email, Instagram, and Facebook on behalf of your business. The Service includes appointment booking, automated responses, conversation logging, and related features as described on our website.
For SMS communications, recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving further messages, or HELP to receive contact information and assistance. We store conversation logs, contact records, and booking data to operate the Service on your behalf. Customer data collected through your account (names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages) is processed solely to provide the receptionist service to your business. We do not sell this data to third parties. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Twilio, and Resend. By connecting these integrations, you authorize us to act on your behalf within those platforms. Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party platforms.
The Service uses large language models to generate responses to your customers. While we take reasonable steps to configure the AI accurately, responses are automated and may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing your agent configuration and for any communications sent to your customers. We recommend monitoring agent activity, especially after making configuration changes.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoReceptionist and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate or appropriate.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain unpaid. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
