NoReceptionist provides an AI receptionist service for small businesses. When a business uses NoReceptionist, their customers may receive SMS messages for the following purposes:
Separately, a business may offer optional marketing messages(offers, promotions & updates). These are sent only to customers who explicitly opt in to marketing, a separate, affirmative choice that is never required to book. Marketing messages are described in the section below and can be stopped independently.
NoReceptionist's own marketing texts. Salient Media LLC, doing business as NoReceptionist, also sends optional marketing texts about NoReceptionist itself (product tips, new features, and special offers, including demo invitations and offers for past customers) to business owners and staff who opt in. Marketing texts come from a dedicated NoReceptionist marketing number, (470) 660-4632. You can opt in by texting JOIN (or SUBSCRIBE) to (470) 660-4632 after seeing this disclosure on our public opt-in page at app.noreceptionist.ai/sms-marketing: “Text JOIN to (470) 660-4632 to get NoReceptionist product tips, new features, and special offers by text. By texting JOIN you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from NoReceptionist at the number you text from. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” If you previously replied STOP to this number, reply START to re-subscribe. You can also opt in in a conversation with us after we show this disclosure: “Opt in to marketing texts from NoReceptionist: recurring automated marketing messages (offers, promos & updates). If a business offers it, you may opt in to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (offers, promos & updates) from that specific business. You opt in by tapping a “Text to opt in” button and sending the pre-filled message from your phone, or by replying JOIN to a marketing invitation. The full disclosure is shown before you opt in.
You opt in to receive SMS in one of two ways:
Opting in is never required to book an appointment. You can always book without enrolling in SMS.

Reply STOP to any SMS from a NoReceptionist number at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages from that number. To re-enroll, reply START.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your phone number or opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing.
Your phone number and messaging history are used to provide the messaging service you agreed to (appointment messages and replies from the business you are interacting with and, if you opted in, that sender's marketing texts) and to run the service for that business.
